Biography
Timofey Voloshin-Petrichenko was born on January 22 ( February 3 according to the new style) in 1862 into an Orthodox family.
Educated in the Yaroslavl military gymnasium.
He entered the military service on August 20, 1879 .
He graduated from the Chuguev Infantry Junker School. Issued by ensign (art. 16.09.1883) in the 20th Infantry Galitsky Regiment . Second Lieutenant (Art. 30.08.1884). Lieutenant (Art. 30.08.1888). Headquarters Captain (Art. 06.05.1900).
He graduated from the Officer Rifle. Captain (st. 05/06/1901). He commanded a company.
Member of the Russian-Japanese war of 1904-1905 .
Lieutenant Colonel (Article 30.07.1905). Colonel (Art. 06.12.1910). Commanded a battalion.
On March 1, 1914, Timofei Moiseevich Voloshin-Petrichenko was in the same rank in the 19th Kostroma Infantry Regiment.
Member of the First World War . The commander of the 231st infantry regiment of Drogichin regiment of the 2nd stage (deployed during mobilization from the frame of the 19th infantry regiment of Kostroma regiment on August 16, 1914 ).
Major General (project 05/01/1915; Art. 06.03.1915; for differences in matters). In the summer of 1915, the 58th Infantry Division , which included the 231st Infantry Regiment, was appointed to the garrison of the Novogeorgiev Fortress . After the fall of the fortress in August 1915, he was captured.
