Content
History
It was founded in 1914. In 1924, the village of Krasnoye (Tulku-Akan) consisted of 21 courtyards. It was part of the Urlutyup volost of Pavlodar district of the Semipalatinsk province [2] .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 266 people (132 men and 134 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 165 people lived in the village (82 men and 83 women) [3] .
