Apartment building A. E. Lasch [1] ( Apartment building A. P. Livus [2] ) - a building in Rostov-on-Don , located on Pushkinskaya street (house 75) opposite the Maxim Gorky park . The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century by Alexander Edmundovich Lashch. The richest apartments of the apartment building overlooked Pushkinskaya Street, while the less prestigious ones looked into the courtyard [3] . Currently it is an apartment building. The apartment building has the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance [2] .

Architecture
The facade of the apartment building is located on the red line of Pushkinskaya street. The building has four floors and an attic. The facade is decorated with Gothic motifs. The vertical division of the facade is created thanks to two extreme clasps decorated with columns on the sides. Cuttings are completed with gable pediments. Above the front door there are small decorative columns and floral ornaments. Window openings are decorated with castle stones. Between the third and fourth floors, the facade is decorated with a belt with floral ornaments. Fifth floor - attic, with dormers [3] .
