History
The status and boundaries of the village council are established by the Law of the Kursk Region dated October 21, 2004 No. 48-ZKO “On Municipalities of the Kursk Region” [1] .
By the law of the Kursk region dated April 26, 2010 No. 26-ZKO [2] , the village council includes the settlements of the abolished Afanasyevsky and Nikolaev village councils .
