WWE Career
Florida Championship Wrestling (2011-2012)
In November 2011, it became known that Monet signed a contract with WWE and was sent to the Florida Championship Wrestling [4] . Monet debuted on television on December 18 at an episode of FCW. She appeared during the promo of Abraham Washington [5] . She also held the position of ring announcer for some time [6] . Soon, she changed her name to Summer Ray. On March 5, she tried to intervene in the battle between Seth Rollins and her new client Brad Maddox , but she was prevented by Paige, who made her ring debut in the ring [7] .
On March 11th, at the FCW TV show, Ray became FCW's general manager. [8] On March 15, she decided to abolish the Queen FCW title, so Raquel Diaz became the last holder of this title [9] . Summer's debut in the ring took place on April 6 at the FCW live show, when she lost to Sofia Cortes in the triple threat knockout game, in which Page also took part.
NXT (2012—2014)
After the dissolution of FCW, Summer moved to the NXT arena in 2012 as a ring announcer [10] . On January 30, 2013, on one of the NXT episodes, she attacked Page through jealousy of the popularity and success of Page [11] [12] . On February 13, on an NXT episode, Paige suffered a shoulder injury during a fight with Ray. [13] After that, Paige continued to confront Ray [14] [15] , and in the end this confrontation turned into a one-on-one match on May 1 on the NXT episode, where Paige defeated [16] .
In July 2014, after a long break, Summer returned to the NXT, where her former partner Charlotte had already won the titles and became the NXT’s main diva, because of this they began to feud. On July 24th, at the NXT, Charlotte defeated Summer Ray in the title fight.
Dance partner Fandango (2013—2014)
Ray made her debut on Raw on April 22, 2013 as a dance partner for Fandango . On the show, Chris Jericho attacked Fandango and continued dancing with Ray. [17] On April 26, 2013, she first appeared on the SmackDown show, where she accompanied Fandango, who had a duel against Justin Gabriel . On May 13, Ray, together with Fandango, opposed Jericho and Dancing with the Stars contestant Edita Slivinskaya . During the dance, Ray twisted her ankle, but later it turned out that it was just a ruse to distract Jericho, who was attacked by Fandango [18] . On October 25, Ray fell into a brawl with Natalya during a match between Fandango and the Great Kali [19] . Ray spent her WWE debut match at the Hell in a Cell show, where she defeated Natalya and Kali in a team with Fandango [20] . Her solo debut took place the very next evening, when she lost in the match against Natalia [21] . The following week, she and Fandango lost in a team match against Natalya and Tyson Kidd . November 18 at Raw Summer participated in a music contest among the divas, which ended in a brawl between the participants of the show Total Divas and other WWE divas. Later on the same show, it was announced that the Survivor Series would host a 7–7 elimination team match. On the Survivor Series , Total Divas won the rest of the divs [22] [23] . On December 19th, Caitlin defeated Summer at WWE Superstars. In early 2014, the fandango and summer feud began against Santino Marella and Emma. On February 24th at RAW, Emma defeated Summer Ray. On March 27th at WWE Superstars, Emma defeated Summer again. April 6 at Summer Ray debuted at WrestleMania XXX, in a duel of 14 divs for the WWE Div Champion title, but could not win. At the next Raw, Santino and Emma again defeated Fandango and Summer.
Various Alliances (2014 -present )
On April 8, through social networks, Fandango broke up with Summer Ray, and soon he began to speak with Leila. On May 19, Summer Ray returned to RAW and kissed Fandango before his match. The following week, at RAW, Summer Ray lost to Eva Maria after being distracted by Fandango and Layla. The following weeks, Summer and Leila attacked each other behind the curtains, and soon they were scheduled for a match in Money in the Bank (2014) with a special referee, Fandango, in this match Leila won.
In the rematch on SmackDown! Leila and Summer teamed up and attacked Fandango. July 18th at SmackDown! Leila and Summer Ray first appeared as a team in a duel against Page and AJ, but were defeated. The following time, Leila and Summer began to strongly support the rivals of Fandango.
In June, Ray was drawn into the storyline of Rusev with his former manager Lana and Dolph Ziggler, during which she began an affair with Rusev. On June 29 at the show, Raw insulted and hit Lana, leading to a duel between the girls. [24] On July 6, Ray and Rusev again insulted Lana and Ziggler. Rusev brutally attacked his opponent, striking him in the throat. It was later announced that Dolph received a tracheal injury [25] . After several weeks of confrontation between the girls, on August 10, Rusev ordered Summer to use his favorite suffocating trick The Accolade against Lana [26] . On August 17, Dolph returned, who helped Lana in her confrontation with Rusev and Ray [27] . This feud led to a match between Rusev and Ziggler on SummerSlam , which ended in a double countdown suspension due to the intervention of Lahn and Ray. After the fight, wrestlers began to fight with each other [28] .
