Kasharari (language)

Kasharari ( Kaxararí, Kaxariri ) is a panoanic language spoken by the tributaries of the rivers Abuna, Acre, Amazonas and Rondonia in Alto Rio Marmelo in Brazil. The language is threatened with extinction, but there is an increase in movement. Some also speak Portuguese as the language of instruction.
