Biography
Born in 1902 in the town of Usolye, Irkutsk Region (now Usolye-Sibirskoe) in the family of a rural teacher. From the nobility. Secondary education, agronomist specialty [1] .
He began his career in 1924 as an instructor of the provincial land administration. In the years 1925-1927 he served in the Red Army. From 1927 he was appointed to the state grain inspection, then began work as a forest rattling technician. After that, he worked at the Soyuzmyaso office from 1930 to 1941. Head of variety plot in Bayandayevsky and Nizhneudinsky districts. Member of the Great Patriotic War. After demobilization in 1946-1953, he again works at the Nizhneudinsk State Portfolio [1] .
From 1953 he worked as chairman of the Stalin collective farm in the Nizhneudinsky district.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR [1] .
He was elected a deputy to the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR.
