Yolanda Barsina Angulo ( Spanish: Yolanda Barcina Angulo ; born April 4, 1960 , Burgos ) - Spanish politician, chairman of the government of Navarre in 2011–2015. In 1999–2011, she served as mayor of Pamplona . Chairman of the party " Union of Navarre People ".

She spent her childhood at Portugalete , at the age of 17 she moved to Navarre, where she studied pharmacology at the University of Navarre . In 1988 she entered a teaching position at the Autonomous University of Barcelona . In 1990, she transferred to the University of the Basque Country , where she held the position of Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacology . In 1993 she headed the Department of Nutriciology at the Public University of Navarre .
In 1996, she was appointed adviser on environmental issues in the Navarre government, led by Miguel Sans, a member of the Union of Navarre People Party. In 1999, she won the election of the mayor of Pamplona. In 2009, she headed the party “Union of Navarre People”. In 2011, following the elections to the Parliament of Navarre, she headed the government of this autonomous community.
