About the album
Live from KCRW was recorded as an abbreviated cast of The Bad Seeds (without Thomas Wydler and Conway Savage) under the supervision of American sound engineer Bob Clearmount on April 18, 2013 [1] . The album, composed of songs from the latest disc of Push the Sky Away and the band's classic material, was prepared at Apogee Studios, Los Angeles [2] , specifically for the Morning Becomes Eclectic music broadcast, broadcast by California-based [4 ] .
The release date of Live from KCRW around the world was set on December 2 [5] ; in the USA, on the occasion of " Black Friday ", the album went on sale on November 29 [6] . The disk edition contains 10 tracks, the vinyl also includes 2 additional tracks recorded in Apogee Studio, but not played on the air of Morning Becomes Eclectic [7] .
