Career
Club
The Abdisalam family moved to Norway in 1998 [1] . In the city where he lived, there was a local Oyer Tretten football club, in which Abdisalam trained for four years. In 2002, Abdisalam moved to another Norwegian club “Lorenskog”, where he was until 2005, then “Fjelhamar” and finally Abdisalam got the grandee of English football “ Manchester City ” [2] .
In 2007, Abdisalam signed a three-year contract and joined the football club academy of the English club. In 2008, together with the youth team, Abdisalam won the Youth Cup of England [3] .
His professional debut for Manchester City took place on January 24, 2010 in the FA Cup against Scantrop United [4] . The debut in the Premier League took place on February 21, 2010 in a match against Liverpool, which ended in a draw. In early 2011, Abdisalam went to the Scanstrop United club on a rental basis until the end of the season [5] .
In the summer of 2011, it was announced that Abdisalam moved to the Netherlands for a year, to the NEC football club on a rental basis [6] .
In the summer of 2012, the footballer was leased to the Norwegian Stremsgodset [7] .
International
Abdisalam played a large number of times in the youth teams of Norway from 15 to 21 years old and played a total of 28 matches. On January 15, 2014, in a friendly match against Moldova , which was held in the emirate city of Abu Dhabi , he made his debut for the Norwegian team , replacing Harmet Singh in the 63rd minute [8]
