Zdirgish [1] - a river in the Moscow region of Russia , the left tributary of the Nudoli River, which flows into the Istra reservoir .

It flows through the territory of the Klinsky district . It originates in the forest, east of the Moscow Big Ring A108 . On Zdirgis are the villages of Greshnevo and Shchekino [2] .

Title
In the "Catalog of rivers and lakes of the Moscow province" of 1926, I. A Zdanovsky is indicated as r. Zderishka [3] . This and other variants of the name of tributaries of different orders of the rivers Vori, Desna, Dubna, Istria, Molokchi, Nudoli, Pakhra, Pekhorki - Vzderinoshka, Vzderinoga, Vzderozhina, Zaderinoshka, Zderinoga, Vzderishka - characterize the insignificant depth of the rivers. Similar names are widespread in other northern regions of Russia [4] .
Hydrology
The length is 4 km [3] . Flat type. The food is mostly snow . Zdirgish freezes in November - early December, opens in late March - April.
Attractions
On the left bank of the river in the village of Shchekino was the estate of the famous Slavophile S.P. Shevyrev , who was visited by the famous Russian writer Nikolai Gogol .
