Dorset Courseus is a Neolithic monument stretching over 10 kilometers in the eastern part of Dorset County in the UK . Its length makes it a prime example of this class of linear earthworks.
The course consists of a pair of parallel shafts (1.5 m. In height) at a distance of about 82 m. From each other, with external ditches 1.5 m deep and 2 m wide. One shaft is straight, while the other twists. The remains of these ramparts are still visible in Salisbury .
