Babaevo (Ruzsky urban district)

Babaevo is a rural type village in the Ruzsky district of the Moscow region , part of the rural village of Staroruzskoye [2] . Until 2005 - the village of a subsidiary farm of the factory named after Babaeva [3] . The population is 39 [1] people. (2010), in the village there is 1 street - the cottage village Babaevo [4] . Until 2006, Babaevo was part of the Komlevsky rural district [5] [6] .

The village is located in the center of the district, 2 km south of Ruza , at the source of a nameless stream [7] flowing into the Ruza river from the right, the village center height is 183 m above sea level [8] . The nearest settlements - Brynkovo - less than a kilometer to the north and Tishino 1.3 km to the south. The regional highway 46K-1492 Ruza- Vorontsovo - Teterino passes through the village [9] .
