Kharkiv ( Kazakh. Kharkiv ) is a village in the Aktogai district of Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Kharkov rural district. The village is located about 23 km south of the village of Aktogay , the administrative center of the district, at an altitude of 113 meters above sea level [1] . The KATO code is 553257100 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 707 people (340 men and 367 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 526 people lived in the village (274 men and 252 women) [3] .
