Biography
Born November 25, 1935 in the city of Orsha, BSSR , in the family of a military man. Russian , higher education - mechanical engineer, graduated from Odessa Institute of Marine Engineering .
Since 1959 - assistant master, master technologist, deputy. Head of the Odessa plant of heavy crane construction. January uprising.
Since 1966 - Head of the Technological Department, Chief Engineer, Director of the Odessa Mechanical Repair Plant.
Since 1981 - Director of the Odessa Automobile Assembly Plant. Since 1986 - General Director of the production association " Odessa Automobile Assembly Plant ", now president of the eponymous joint stock company [1] .
Member of the CPSU since 1962; deputy of the city council. Nominated as a candidate for People’s Deputies by the plenum of the district council of veterans of war and labor in Odessa 03/18/1990 elected People's Deputy of Ukraine , 2nd round 68.59% of the vote, 9 applicants [2] . In groups, fractions did not enter. Member of the Commission of the Verkhovna Rada for Veterans, Pensioners, Disabled, Repressed, Poor and Internationalist Warriors.
He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor , “Badge of Honor” , a medal, a Certificate of Merit of the Central Committee of the CPSU , Council of Ministers of the USSR, the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the Komsomol .
