Viktor Borisovich Kidyaev (born July 9, 1956 , Zhukovka , Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ) is a Russian politician, deputy of the State Duma of the V , VI and VII convocations. Since the beginning of the VII convocation - a member of the State Duma committee on the federal structure and issues of local self-government [1] , March 7, 2017 resigned from this committee, becoming a member of the State Duma committee on agricultural issues [2] . Biography
Born July 9, 1956 in the village of Zhukovka, Zubovo-Polyansky district, Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in a peasant family. In 1973 he graduated from Shiringushsky secondary school, began his career as a laborer at a local cloth factory.
In 1974 he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Army ; After being transferred to the reserve in 1977, he joined the Shiringushsky workshop of the Zubovo-Polyanskaya knitting factory as a student of a sewing machine adjuster. Then he worked as a fitter, assistant workshop foreman and foreman, and from 1978 to 1979 - the foreman. In 1979, he went to work at the Kiselevsky woodworking plant as a process engineer; At the same time he studied in absentia at the Ivanteyevsky technical school, which he graduated in 1981. Since March of the same year he worked as the head of the workshop, and in October became the director of the enterprise [4] .
In 1986 he was appointed director of the Zubovo-Polyanskaya knitting factory; in parallel with this I entered extramural studies at Mordovia State University. N. P. Ogareva at the Faculty of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities.
From 1987 to 1996, he worked as chairman of the Zubovo-Polyansky district consumer society.
In December 1996, Kidyaev was elected head of the Zubovo-Polyansky district of the Republic of Mordovia. He worked in this position for 12 years [3] .
Since May 2009 - Member of the State Duma of the V convocation. In December 2011, he was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the VI convocation from the party "United Russia" [4] .
Since June 2012, he has been Deputy Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party [4] .
Since April 2015, he has been president of the association "The All-Russian All-Union Association (Congress) of Municipalities". Since January 2016 - Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Territorial Public Self-Government of the Russian Federation [5] .
