Tartogay ( kaz. Tartogai ) is a village in Chiiliysky district of Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Tartogai rural district. It is located about 51 km north-west of the district center, the village of Shieli . The KATO code is 435261100 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 2219 people (1205 men and 1014 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1803 people lived in the village (920 men and 883 women) [2] .
