Bulanbaibauy ( Kaz. Bulanbaibauy ) is a village in the Chiyli district of the Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement of the Kargaly rural district. It is located about 31 km south of the district center, the village of Shieli . The KATO code is 435255100 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 1309 people (663 men and 646 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1342 people lived in the village (677 men and 665 women) [2] .
