Postal codes in Belarus are a six-digit number code system , which is inherited from the times of the USSR and continues to be used for postal indexing in the territory of Belarus .

Description

The Belarusian postal code system has not undergone significant changes compared to the Soviet era : the first three digits of the index correspond to the region, the next three to the post office number in it.
