History
The newspaper was published in Kiev in 1862 from March 15 to the end of the year, with a frequency of 3 times a week.
N. A. Chernyshov edited the newspaper, P. Streshnev from the 17th.
Published government regulations on economic issues. In the reference department printed announcements about the demand and sales of products, the conditions for the acquisition of cars abroad, information about fairs and others.
