Amvrosievskaya volost is a historical administrative-territorial unit of Miussky, then Taganrog district of the Don Don Region, centered in the settlement of Amvrosievka .

As of 1873, it consisted of a settlement and 4 villages. The population is 5581 people (2859 males and 2732 females), 877 households and 4 separate houses [1] .

The largest settlements of the volost:

  • Amvrosievka - a settlement near the Krynka River 120 miles from the district village and 10 miles from the Amvrosievskaya railway station, 4,259 people, 666 farm households and 4 separate houses, there were 169 plows, 429 horses, 621 oxen pairs, 2353 sheep in the farms;
  • Yasinovsky - a village near the Krynka River , 89 versts from the district village and 10 versts from the Amvrosievskaya railway station, 195 people, 32 yard households;
  • Andriyanov - a village near the Osinovskaya beam 90 miles from the district village and 7 miles from the Nikolaev railway station, 80 people, 11 farm households;
  • Anastasievka - a village near the Osinovskaya beam 90 versts from the district village and 7 versts from the Nikolaev railway station, 131 people, 21 yard households;
  • Nikolaevka - a village near the Kalinovaya beam 80 miles from the district village and 3 miles from the Nikolaev railway station, 926 people, 147 farm households.

The foremen of the volost were: in 1905 - Ivan Fedorovich Ostapenko [2] , in 1907 - Dmitry Chukarenko [3] , in 1912 - I. N. Lepsky [4] .
