History
The Moleb village council was organized in 1918 by order of the Council of People's Commissars. From 1918 to 1924, the Molebsky executive committee was subordinate to the Krasnoufimsky district of the Ural region. From 1924 to 1929, the Molebsky village council became part of the Shamar district of the Kungur district of the Ural region. From 1929 to 1962, the Molebsky Village Council was subordinate to the Kishert District Executive Committee, from 1963 to 1964 it was a part of the Kungursky District, from 1964-1965 to the Suksunsky District, and from November 1965 the Kishert District was re-established and the Village Council was subordinated to the Kishert District Executive Committee.

On the territory of the village council are special. school and collective farm named after Kuibyshev. In the special. mentally retarded children study at school. The collective farm is engaged in the cultivation of bread, livestock, where the preference is given to fattening cattle.
