The village named after Komekbaev ( Kaz. Kөmekbaev at.a. , until 199? Zhanakala) is a village in the Karmakshy district of the Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Komekbayevsky rural district. It is located about 100 km southwest of the district center of the village of Zhosaly on the Kuandarya channel. The KATO code is 434655100 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 1301 people (668 men and 633 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1063 people lived in the village (544 men and 519 women) [2] .
