The composition of the temple, built on a brick plastered foundation [5] , is a longitudinal-axial cross-domed plan. On the eastern side, at the intersection of the pentahedral wings of the transept and the altar part (also pentahedral), there are two small sacristies with single-pitched roofs; over the pentahedral apse and lateral aisles of the hip roof [2] . A single rectangular volume, in which the narthex and Babinets are united, from the frontal facade is completed by a high two- story [Comm 2] octagonal belfry [4] . The upper tier of the belfry is characterized by rectangular window openings in contrast to the semicircular openings of the lower tier [2] [5] . An octagonal light drum (diameter 8 meters, height 12.5 [2] ) was erected above the middle cross , covered by a closed arch on sails . The belfry and the light drum are completed by closed faceted domes , in the case of the drum - with an additional poppy head (on an octagonal basis) [4] . The Holy Trinity Church has three entrances, decorated in the form of wide stone porches, on two wooden columns of each of which peaks rest [5] . Facades with arched , semicircular window openings were sheathed vertically and surrounded around the perimeter with a simple cornice [4] . Unlike the closed arch of the central part (middle cross), the entire ceiling of the rest of the church is flat and hemmed [2] .

From 1953 to 2008 [6] in the temple was a miraculous image of 1659 “ Our Lady Hodegetria Barkolabovskaya ”, which was previously stored in the Barkolab Holy Ascension Convent [7] [4] .
