The Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary ( Norwegian Den Greske Orthodokse menighet Evangelismos Tis Theotokou ) is an Orthodox church of the Swedish and Scandinavian Metropolis of the Patriarchate of Constantinople , located in the central part of the city of Oslo , in Norway.

History
The temple was built in 1891 at Thor Olsens gate 9 and originally belonged to the community of the Catholic Apostolic Church . Currently, the temple building is included in the register of protected architectural monuments [1] .
In 1987 [2] the church was acquired by the Swedish and Scandinavian Metropolitanate of the Patriarchate of Constantinople for a nominal fee, and it was consecrated again by Metropolitan Paul (Menevisoglu) in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary .
On March 23, 2015, by order of Metropolitan Cleopas (Strongilis) , Archimandrite Alexander (Lukatos) was appointed rector of the parish [3] .
