In Paris, he was a secretary-translator with the Turkish commissioner, later - secretary of Count Choiselle-Gufier , who helped to write a description of his trip to Greece ; worked on editions of Greek manuscripts . He lived at one time in St. Petersburg ., Where the emperor Alexander appointed him a pension. Of his works, one can note: “Dictionnaire français et grec moderne” ( 1809 ) and “Dialogue sur la révolution grecque, publié par Agathophron, Lacedémonien” ( 1829 ).
