Biography
Robert Rabat was born on February 14, 1960 in the city of Beirut, Lebanon. Entered the Lebanese seminary in 1989, on December 22, 1994, was ordained priest .
On June 15, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI appointed Robert Rabbat as Bishop of the Diocese of St. Michael in Sydney. On September 16, 2011, Robert Rabbat was ordained bishop by the Melkite Patriarch Gregory III Laham , accompanied by the Archbishop of Beirut and Byblos and the Archbishop of Zahle and Furzol Issam, John Darwish.
