Architect A. Bolbatov, engineer A. Manashev. Built in 1852-1862.

The walls of the mosque from the foundation to the eaves of curly brickwork. Doors are curly, log, facing south-west. It has 14 windows of curly brickwork. The ceilings of the interior ends with a dome. Two minarets installed on the roofs of the entrance premises organically fit the overall composition of the monument.

Now there is a branch of the regional museum of local lore and an exhibition hall of the regional art exhibition. Since 1982, under state protection.
