Biography
He graduated from the Higher Commercial School (Kyoto, Japan), the National Defense University of the Republic of Korea, international relations courses at the Higher School of International Studies of Jeju National University. He was an honorary doctor of law at Wesleyan University of Illinois, USA (1968), an honorary doctor of business administration at Jeju National University.
He worked in the apparatus of the Ministry of Defense, was the head of the finance department of the South Korean Air Force.
