Louis Henri Puzen ( fr. Louis Pouzin ; born 1931 in Chantenay-Saint-Amber ( fr. ), Nievre , France ) - French computer scientist , datagrammer , one of the creators of one of the first packet switching networks CYCLADES . Honorary member of the Technical Committee for Communication Systems of the International Federation for Information Processing [1] .

He studied at the Paris Polytechnic School . In the mid-1960s, he worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on CTSS ( English ), one of the first time-sharing operating systems .
Author of more than 80 scientific articles and books on computer networks . His work influenced the developers of the TCP / IP protocol [2] .
