History
The club was founded on May 1, 1913. It holds home games in the Mao Santa arena, which seats 4,000 spectators. In the championship of the state of Piaui, the club won 12 times, and is the third state club by this indicator. Parnaiba spent one season in Serie C Brazil , in 2005 she dropped out after the first stage of the tournament. In the Brazilian Cup, the club participated in a total of three times, but never made it further than the first round. In 2013, the club made its debut in Serie D of the Brazilian championship and took 20th place.
