History

It was first mentioned in the Scribe Book of the Vodskaya Pyatina of 1500 as the village of Stromlenie in the Kargalsky graveyard of Koporsky district [2] .

Then, as the village of Strumlenie by in the Kargalsky churchyard (western half) in the Swedish "Scribe Books of Izhora" in 1618-1623 [3] .

On the map of Ingermanland, A. I. Bergenheim , compiled from Swedish materials in 1676, is designated as the village of Stromlinaby at the Sydowen Hoff manor [4] .

On the Swedish "General Map of the Province of Ingermanland" in 1704, like the Sudova hoff manor [5] .

As the Udov Manor , it is mentioned in the “Geographical Drawing of Izhora Land” by Adrian Shonbek in 1705 [6] .

Strelemye Manor is indicated on the map of Ingermanland by A. Rostovtsev in 1727 [7] .

The village of Stremlyane and Stramskaya Manor are mentioned on the map of the St. Petersburg province of J. F. Schmit in 1770 [8] .

On the map of the St. Petersburg province of F.F. Schubert in 1834, the village of Bolshoi Aspiration is shown, consisting of 30 peasant households [9] .

According to the map of Professor S. S. Kutorgi in 1852, the village was called the Great Aspiration and consisted of 30 yards [11] .

A LARGE TARGET is the village of captain Petrovsky, 10 miles by post, and the rest by lanes, the number of yards - 2, the number of souls - 4 m.
A BIG PURPOSE is the village of the state adviser Yakovlev, in the same place, the number of yards is 5, the number of souls is 12 m.

According to the “Topographic Map of Parts of St. Petersburg and Vyborg Provinces” in 1860, the village was called the Great Aspiration and consisted of 33 yards [14] .

The Strelmena volost included the villages: Aleksandrovka, Andreevschina, Bolshoi Raikova, Vodsky End, Bolshoi Strelemye, Gamolova, Glinka, Head, Gorki, Zabalkansky, Zalesye, Zaozerye, Ilesheva, Kolgomne, Kopanitsa, Krivoruchya, Kuplya, Logkolova, Nakhkova, Novaya Cottage, Maloye Raikovo, Repina, Streams, Maloye Stremylenie, Myshkina, Peypii, Pyatitsa, Sabinki, Semeyskaya, Secondary Raikova, Urmizna ” [17] .

In 1868-1889, the temporarily liable peasants of the village bought their land allotments from N. I. Pisareva, M. Ya., A. A., N. A. Yakovlev, I. P. Petrovsky and became the owners of the land [18] .

BIG PURPOSE I, II, III - a village, according to the Zemstvo census of 1882: families - 51, 139 m. Of them, 147 women. n., a total of 286 people [13] .

According to the statistics on the national economy of the Yamburg Uyezd in 1887, the estate in the village of Stremen 237 acres belonged to the captain P. P. Petrovsky and the state adviser M. Ya. Yakovlev, the estate was acquired until 1868, the peasants used the estate for free [20] .

In the 19th - early 20th centuries, the village administratively belonged to the Strelmensky volost of the 2nd camp of the Yamburg district of St. Petersburg province.

According to the "Memorial Book of the St. Petersburg Province" for 1905, the Strelmie manor with an area of ​​356 acres was owned by peasants, co-owners of the Strelmen Big and Small and Zaozersky Rural Society [21] .

In 1917, the village of Bolshoe Aspiration was part of the Strelemensky volost of the Yamburg district.

From 1917 to 1924, the village was part of the Greater Stremlensky Village Council of the Soikinsky volost of Kingisepp County .

In 1928, the population of the village of Big Aspiration was 599 people [22] .

According to the topographic map of 1930, the village of Bolshoe Aspiration numbered 84 yards, in the center of the village there was a church, Small Aspiration numbered 80 yards, the village had its own school.

Since 1931, as part of Kingisepp District [22] .

According to the data of 1933, the village of Bolshoe Aspiration was the administrative center of the Stemlensky village council of Kingisepp district, which included 7 settlements: the villages of Zaozerye, Kuplya, Peypiya, Pyatchino, Sidorovka, Bolshoi Stremelenie , Maloye Stremylenie, with a total population of 1255 people [23] .

According to the data of 1936, the Stremlensky Village Council included 7 settlements, 236 farms and 6 collective farms [24] .

From August 1, 1941 to January 31, 1944, the village was under occupation.

In 1958, the population of the village of Big Aspiration was 234 people.

Since 1959, as part of the Nezhnovsky Village Council [22] .

According to the data of 1966, 1973, and 1990, the village of Bolshoe Aspiration was also part of the Nezhnovsky village council [25] [26] [27] .

In 1997, 93 people lived in the village of Bolshoe Aspiration , in 2002 - 68 people (Russians - 96%), in 2007 - 66 [28] [29] [30] .

Geography

The village is located in the north-eastern part of the district on the highway 41K-589 ( Pyatchino - Peipiya ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 14 km [30] .

The distance to the nearest railway station Kotly is 24.5 km [25] .

The village is located west of Lake Kopan .
