Wieliczka Vicariate is the titular Vicariate of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church .
The title “Velichsky” is repeatedly attested in written monuments (for example, in the Asesemov’s geselist of the Gospel on July 27) as the bishop title of St. Clement of Ohrid , as the Diocesan diocese headed by him probably had its center also known as Debarca .
Since the 10th century, the Great Diocese has been mentioned among ten bishops under the Metropolitan of Philippopolis .
After St. Clement, the title never occurs until the consecration in 1873 of Seraphim (Kinov). Subsequently, the title of Bishop of Velichsky began to be used for the vicars of the Bulgarian Church.
