Content
Story
Two bandit buddies Zhang and Huang are trying to kill Ma. Seeing that the enemy is strong, they unite with him and soon defeat the bandits, after which they become their leaders. However, Ma is more ambitious - he wants to break into power and become a big man.
Ma leaves his friends, and after he receives an important position, they meet again. Having become a general, Ma intends to deal with a gang of "long-haired" bandits, and his secret target is the wife of Huang Mi Lan, since he has long loved her. Once, when Zhang and Huang left to fight with the bandits, Ma and Mi start an affair. Ma orders his people to tune up the killing of Juan. Thus, he tries to remove all the obstacles to his happiness. Ma tells Zhang and Mi about this, after which Zhang attacks Ma, but fails and escapes. Zhang is hiding in front of a parade on a pillar to suddenly attack Ma. The plan works and after the fight Ma dies.
Zhang tells this story in court after the murder of Ma. The judge decides to execute Zhang, who is subsequently led by the people of Ma.
