Description

The crew of eight astronauts for 6 months working at a research station on Mars in the framework of the second Mars mission "Aurora Mars Mission 2". The Aurora spacecraft is in orbit with the rest of the expedition.

Until the program is completed, the group remains a little over 19 hours when one of the team members finds microscopic traces of a certain form of life in the collected soil samples, deciding to hide the sensational results, informs the commander of the alleged failure of the equipment at one of the landfills and receives permission to leave from the base with a partner. However, during the trip about the opening becomes known to the rest of the team. The question arises how to treat the discovery itself and the concealment of such a fact by their colleague.

Upon arrival at the landfill, misfortune occurs - the scientist Marko Petrovich, who has received confirmation of his discovery, falls into a newly formed failure and dies. From this moment begins a series of terrible events - the discovered form of life strikes earthlings, turning them one by one into evil monsters, eager to destroy the survivors. The infection enters the body through the blood and after a while the infected cease to be human.

Surviving crew members make a desperate attempt to call a rescue team from orbit and escape from attacking monsters on rovers . As a result, all members of the expedition are killed, except for Vincent Campbell, as well as rescuers who arrived on the shuttle . Survivor Vincent Campbell sends a message that he has enough food and air to wait for the rescuers, but he can also be infected.
