Biography
Came from the nobles, the son of Major General A. A. Kölner (1834–1891).
He graduated from the 1st Cadet Corps and the Pavlovsk Military School .
He participated in the suppression of the uprising of the "Big Fist" in China in 1900-1901 and the Russo-Japanese War.
On January 1, 1909 - the captain of the 9th Infantry Regiment.
Member of the First World War . Colonel (project 03.09.1916; Art.16.06.1916; order according to BB No. 563).
On November 18, 1916 he was in the same rank and regiment.
Member of the White Movement in southern Russia in the ranks of the Volunteer Army , the All-Union Socialist League and the Russian Army. 02/26/27/05/1918 participated in the campaign of the detachment of Colonel M. G. Drozdovsky on the route Iasi-Don to join the Volunteer Army. [1] Since May 1918 - in the 2nd officer (Drozdovsky) regiment. The commander of the Soldier Battalion, then the Soldier Regiment (06/23/19/18) - the first unit of the Volunteer Army, formed from captured Red Army soldiers.
He was wounded in a battle with the Reds near the Settlements in July 1918.
Since January 18, 1919 - the commander of the 2nd officer rifle general of the Drozdovsky regiment.
Major General . Commander of the 1st Brigade of the 3rd Infantry Division (09/11/1919; 10/14/1919 - Officer Rifle General Drozdovsky Division , from April 1920 - Rifle General Drozdovsky Division). Since May 1920 - Assistant to the Head of the Drozdov Division. In July-August 1920 - Acting Head of the Drozdov Division. On August 6, he passed the command of the division and left at the disposal of the commander of the 1st Army Corps. Again the assistant to the chief of the same division before the evacuation of Crimea .
After the evacuation, he was in Gallipoli, then in Bulgaria, from where he was deported in 1922. He lived in Yugoslavia. In the fall of 1925 he was listed there as part of the 1st Gallipoli Company. In 1945 - in Austria. After the end of World War II - in Venezuela.
He died in Venezuela in 1969.
