Biography
Russian, born July 2, 1932 in the town of Korenovsk, Krasnodar Region, in a family of employees. Father - Moskalenko Vasily Stepanovich. Mother - Moskalenko Evdokia Nikiforovna.
In 1950, he entered the Grozny Oil Institute , where he received a degree in mining engineering for oil and gas fields.
He began his career in the fields of the Chernomorneft NGPU, the Krasnodarneft Association, where he worked as an assistant foreman, foreman, project manager, and then as a senior engineer in the oilfield.
In 1962 he was transferred to work at the Gas Production Directorate "2" of the Kubangazprom Association, where he worked as the head of the production and technical department, and then as the chief engineer of this department.
In 1966, by order of the USSR Gas Industry Minister, he was sent to work in the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic, where he worked first as Chief Engineer, and then, from 1976, as Head of the VPO Turkmengazprom.
In 1986 he was transferred to Moscow.
Since 1946 a member of the Komsomol, from 1955 a member of the CPSU .
In 1981-1986 he was elected a candidate for the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan, and since 1977 a deputy of the Supreme Council of the TSSR , a member of many NTO, oil and gas societies.
Delegate of the XXVI Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union .
Delegate of the XXII Congress of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan, a number of sectoral and republican congresses.
