Endemic to South Africa : South Africa ( Cape Province ) [1] . Length 4.4 mm. Antennae are grayish-purple. Chest and fore wings taupe. Hind wings are light brown. Caterpillars feed on plants of the species Rhus ( Anacardiaceae ), mine the upper surface of the leaves [2] [3] . In the apical part of the fore wings, two veins are developed: R 4 + 5 and M [4] .
