About the album
After participating in their solo projects, the band members came together in March 1972 for the first time since the release of the previous Bark album. The recording session lasted three months, but the tension between the participants was so high that several songs were recorded by the participants separately from each other. Joey Covington left the band during the session and John Barbata in company with Sammy Piazza stood on drums during the session.
