History
According to the lists of populated places of the Russian Empire in 1872, the village belonged to the 1st camp of the Galich district of the Kostroma province . It consisted of 10 yards , there lived 23 men and 42 women. [one]
According to the 1897 census , 85 people lived in the village (35 men and 50 women). [2]
According to the List of populated areas of the Kostroma province in 1907, the village belonged to the Durtsovo parish of the Galich district of the Kostroma province. According to the volost administration for 1907 there were 13 peasant households and 64 inhabitants. The main occupation of the villagers was painting. [2]
Before the municipal reform of 2010, the village was part of the Proninsky rural settlement. [3] [4]
