Biography

In 1991 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of the 2nd Moscow Order of Lenin of the State Medical Institute. N.I. Pirogov (currently - RNIMU named after N.I. Pirogov ).

She passed a clinical intern and then graduate school at the Department of Children's Diseases No. 2 of the Russian State Medical University. During her studies, she underwent a three-month internship in the USA, completed a course of primary training in neonatology .. In 1996 she graduated from graduate school and defended her thesis on “Morphology and functions of the small intestine mucosa in children with central nervous system disorders”.

Since 1997, she began teaching as an assistant at the Department of Children's Diseases No. 2 (now the Department of Hospital Pediatrics No. 1) of the same university and practiced as a neonatologist.

From 1997 to 1999, she worked as a doctor in the 67th City Hospital at the Perinatal Cardiology Center, continuing to work as an assistant in the department.

From 2000 to 2007 she was appointed assistant professor of the Department of Childhood Diseases No. 2 of the Russian State Medical University and continued her advisory and practical activities in the neonatal pathology department of Children's City Clinical Hospital No. 13im. N.F. Filatova, and also conducted active advisory work in the departments of the neonatal intensive care unit, the neonatal surgery department. During this period, the main scientific direction was the development of the problem of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in children of the first months of life, including helping children with necrotizing enterocolitis, intestinal malformations, and short bowel syndrome.

In 2007 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Clinical and pathogenetic justification of nutritional support for children with perinatal pathology” and was appointed professor at the Department of Hospital Pediatrics No. 1 of the Russian National Research University named after N.I. Pirogova.

Since 2012, he has been the Deputy Chief Physician for the medical part of the Tushino Children's City Hospital, and is also a professor in the Department of Hospital Pediatrics No. 1 of the Russian National Research Medical University N.I. Pirogova .

Since January 2015, she was appointed chief doctor of the Children's City Hospital No. 13 named after N.I. Filatova .

Professional and scientific activities

Professor A. I. Chubarova is one of the leading specialists in Russia on issues of neonatal gastroenterology and clinical nutrition of infants .

His research and practical interests include the diagnosis of malabsorption syndrome in young children, the treatment of children with intestinal insufficiency, in particular with short bowel syndrome and congenital bowel diseases.

Actively introduces a system of home parenteral nutrition in Russia.

The experience of A. I. Chubarova's scientific and pedagogical work in the specialty is more than 15 years. Author and co-author of more than 120 scientific papers, 11 monographs and manuals, 19 textbooks and teaching aids .
