Biography

Born September 30, 1858 in a noble family of Volyn province.

Educated at the 1st Polotsk military gymnasium. He entered the military service on August 12, 1875 .

He graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School (1877). Issued by second lieutenant (Art. 16.04.1878) to the 8th artillery brigade. Later he served in the 27th artillery brigade and the 3rd guards and grenadier artillery brigade.

Lieutenant (Art. 18.12.1878). He graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery Academy (1883).

Headquarters Captain (Art.26.07.1883). He graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff (1889; geodesic department; 1st category).

Captain of the General Staff (Art. 10.04.1889). For two years he was seconded to the Nikolaev Observatory.

He was among the officers of the corps of military topographers, laid down by state (02/18/17/06/1891). He was serving a camp camp at the Warsaw Military District .

Senior adjutant of the headquarters of the 4th Infantry Division (06/17/13/09/1891), then senior adjutant of the headquarters of the 5th Cavalry Division (09/13/1891-29.10.1892). The censored command of the company was serving in the Life Guards Pavlovsky Regiment (07.10.1891-27.11.1892).

Senior Adjutant to the Headquarters of the 15th Army Corps (10.29.1892-01.03.1894). Headquarters officer for assignments at the headquarters of the Warsaw Military District (01.03.-10.12.1894).

Lieutenant Colonel (Art.17.04.1894). He consisted of a secondment to the Alexander Military School for the teaching of military sciences (10.12.1894-01.09.1899).

Colonel (Project 1898; Art. 05.04.1898; for distinction). Chief of Staff of the Osovets Fortress (September 01.-October 16, 1899). Headquarters officer in command of the 60th Infantry Reserve Brigade (10.16.1899-24.10.1901). The censored command of the battalion was serving in the 8th Grenadier Moscow Regiment (10.04.-17.08.1900).

Headquarters officer in the management of the 2nd Infantry Brigade (10.24.1901-09.06.1902). The chief of staff of the 5th district of a separate corps of the Border Guard (06/09/1902-20.02.1904). He was seconded to the cavalry (01.07.-07.28.1903).

Member of the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905 . Commander of the 36th East Siberian Rifle Regiment (02.20.1904-09.03.1905). Commander of the 2nd Brigade of the 3rd East Siberian Rifle Division (09.03.-25.04.1905). Commander of the 2nd Brigade of the 5th East Siberian Rifle Division (04.25.1905-16.05.1906). Major General (Project 1905; Art 02.06.1904; for military distinctions). In battles he was wounded and shell-shocked.

In a separate building of the Border Guard in the Zaamur Military District since May 16, 1906 .

Member of the First World War . Commander of the 11th Infantry Division (from 18.04.1915). Lieutenant General (project 08.05.1915; Art. 18.04.1915; for distinction in service) with the approval of the head of the same division. In 1917, he commanded the 7th Siberian Army Corps.

Member of the White Movement. After the end of the Civil War he emigrated to France.

In exile in the 1930s, he was an active lecturer. He spoke in the Russian Imperial Union, the Cultural and Educational Circle (1934-1936), constantly read reports in the Russian Patriotic Society, of which he was elected chairman. Bachinsky is the author of the pamphlet on the legacy of the Russian throne, “The Lawful Tsar: The Question of the Legacy of the Russian Throne” (Paris, 1937). [one]

He died in Paris on October 24, 1937 . [2]

He was married, had four children.
