Biography

Alexey Anatolyevich Lyudmilin was born in March 19, 1942 in Sverdlovsk . Father - conductor Anatoly Lyudmilin , mother - opera singer of the Sverdlovsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater Margarita Glazunova . Grandfather - Alexey Nikolaevich Lyudmilin, before the revolution was the rector of the Kiev Conservatory.

Alexey Anatolyevich graduated from the Ural Conservatory in the class of viola and the St. Petersburg Conservatory, the faculty of opera and symphonic conducting (class of A. Jansons). For about twenty years, he worked as an accompanist for the alto part and second conductor of the orchestra of the Mariinsky Theater, assistant conductor Y. Temirkanov and V. Gergiev, and conducted opera and ballet performances.

From 1989 to 2000 - chief conductor of the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, in which he performed more than 30 productions of opera and ballet performances.

Musical director of the theater tour (1991-1999, Germany , Spain , Portugal , Macau, Holland , etc.). Director of the opera “Boris Godunov” (Baden State Theater, Karlsruhe, Germany, 1994). He conducted in Italy, Bulgaria, Egypt, USA .

Tchaikovsky, operetta I.Straussa "Bat". Ballets: “Giselle” by A. Adana, “Blue Danube” to the music of I. Strauss, “La Bayadere” by L. Minkus.

In 2003 he conducted the symphony orchestra of the Cairo Opera (Swan Lake, Aleko)

In 2004 he created a youth symphony orchestra at the Novosibirsk Academic Youth Theater "Globus". Since 2004 - musical director of projects and conductor of NEP plays E. Sibirkina, West Side Story L. Bernstein, Tom Sawyer V. Semenova, Scarlet Sails M. Dunaevsky, Robin Hood E. Zagot.

In 2006—2007 - Chief Conductor of the Far Eastern and Omsk Symphony Orchestras.
