Biography
Born in a working class family. Member of the RCP (b) since 1920. In 1919-1930 he served in the Red Army , a participant in the Civil War .
- Since 1930, at party work, in 1931-1935. - at the Moscow Aviation Plant.
- In the years 1935-1938. - employee of the apparatus of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) .
- 1938-1942 - First Secretary of the Chkalovsky Regional Committee of the CPSU (b). After the start of World War II, he was engaged in organizing the placement of evacuated enterprises,
- 1942-1943 - Head of the Political Department of the People's Commissariat of the Food Industry of the USSR,
- 1943-1944 - instructor of the Human Resources Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1944 - First Secretary of the Taldy-Kurgan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Kazakhstan ,
- 1944-1946 - People’s Commissar - Minister of Public Utilities of the Moldavian SSR ,
- 1946-1948 - First Secretary of the Kasimov City Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Ryazan Region .
A candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) (1939-1947). At the February plenary session of 1947, he was removed from the list of candidates for membership in the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
Since 1948, he worked as deputy head of the Ryazan regional department of labor reserves, then retired.
