Biography
In 1849 he graduated from St. Petersburg Construction School . He served in the Kazan Construction Commission. From 1859 he was a Nizhny Novgorod provincial architect. With the arrival in Nizhny Novgorod, academician of architecture L.V. Dahl Kileveyn carried out construction on his projects of many structures. In 1874, for his successful work at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair, he received the title of engineer-architect. In 1878-1881, self-taught architect P. S. Boytsov worked as an assistant to Kilevein [1] .
The father of the rural leader, a member of the III State Duma G. R. Kilevein .
