History
The newspaper was founded in 1998 in Helsinki and is published with a frequency of 12 issues per year. As of December 2017, the circulation of the newspaper was 17 thousand copies. The chief editor is Vladimir Gusatinsky [1] .
In 2002, the Spektr Kustannus OY publishing house was founded, which bought the rights to publish the Spektr newspaper from the A / O Canneltieto. In addition to services related directly to the newspaper, the newly formed company is engaged in translations and typesetting of brochures in Finnish and Russian. In 2017, representatives of the KPK Oyj concern (chairman of the board), Vesa Pihlajamaa, entered the company's management board. The authorized capital of the company is 25 thousand euros, and the annual turnover for 2016 was about 70 thousand euros [2] .
