Egor Fedorovich Kulikov ( 1891 , the village of Ososhniki of the Zaraisk district of the Ryazan province - September 11, 1943 ) was a Soviet party and economic leader. In 1925-1930 a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).

Born in the family of a tanner. He graduated from a rural school. In 1910 he joined the RSDLP, the Bolshevik. Member of the Civil War . In 1920 the head. RCT of the Bauman district .
Since 1920, at the economic and party work in Moscow . In 1921, the director of the Truzhenik leather factory. In 1924-1925 - member of the Presidium and Head. labor and production sector of the IWC RCI .
From 1925 to November 1928, executive secretary of the Zamoskvoretsky district committee of the CPSU (b) of Moscow. In 1925-1930 a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
Consisted in the right opposition . At a plenum of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks on November 10-17, 1929, together with Uglanov, he made a statement recognizing his mistakes and breaking off relations with the group of Bukharin, Rykov, and Tomsky [1] .
In 1929-1930, member of the Board of the Central Union of Consumer Societies (Central Union) .
In 1930-1931 he studied at the courses of Marxism-Leninism. In 1931-1933, Deputy Director of the State Library of the USSR. V.I. Lenin . Since 1933, manager of the Ural Leather Trust ( Sverdlovsk ).
In December 1935, was arrested as a member of the group N. A. Uglanova . During the investigation, he admitted that he had been engaged in anti-party work from 1927-1928, testified against N.I. Bukharin , A.I. Rykov , M.P. Tomsky , V.V. Schmidt and others.
On April 22, 1936, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison by a special conference at the NKVD of the USSR for participating in a counter-revolutionary group. On February 26, 1937, he was sentenced to 10 years in forced labor camps. He died in prison on September 11, 1943 .
October 30, 1958 rehabilitated.
