- Before the start of the season, the Navbahor -2 clubs (Namangan) and Pakhtachi (Uzun) refused to participate in the tournament. They were replaced by the clubs “Turan” (Andijan) and “Mashal” (Mubarek). But then Turan (Andijan) also refused to participate, and it was replaced by Sawai (Kurghantepa).
