Zalutsky volost - an administrative-territorial unit within the Porkhov district of the Pskov province of the RSFSR in 1924 - 1927 . [1] The center was the village of Sorokino [2] .

As part of the enlargement of the pre-revolutionary volosts of the province, the Zalutsky volost was formed in accordance with the decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on April 10, 1924 from the abolished Dmitrogorsk, Sorokin volosts of the Porkhovsky district and the eastern part of the Prokshinsky volost of the Ostrovsky district and not the village councils were divided: Dmitrogorsky, Naverezhsky, Prigonsky, Sorokovok, Sorokovok, Sorokovok, Sorokovok, Sorokovok . In January 1927, the Gorodishchensky and Dubsky Village Councils were formed. [3] [1] [4]
As part of the liquidation of the former system of administrative-territorial division of the RSFSR (volosts, counties and provinces), the Zalutsky volost was abolished in accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on August 1, 1927 , and its territory was included in the newly formed Chikhachevsky District of the Pskov District of the Leningrad Region .
