Communards movement

Origins

The communist movement appeared in the USSR in the 60s of the XX century, as a pedagogical method. One of its authors was professor, doctor of pedagogical sciences Igor Petrovich Ivanov . On the basis of his theory and practice, the Makarenko commune was created ^[1] . In the future, the communal movement was developed, thanks to the support of the state, in particular from the Komsomol . However, this support presupposed the ideological influence of the Komsomol on communal clubs, which led to a split ^[2] and crisis ^[3] in the communard movement. By the end of the 80s, it began to decline. And after the collapse of the USSR, it ceased to be a mass social phenomenon. However, various fragmented groups that do not have a fixed membership and call themselves Communards have survived to this day. In particular, the Arkhangelsk City Headquarters of Schoolchildren named after A.P. Gaidar , founded on October 8, 1961 , has been preserved and operates.

Modernity

According to the results of the first interregional Gathering of left-wing youth, which took place in Voronezh in 2011, a group of enthusiasts from Moscow and Voronezh decided to revive the communard movement . During the summer of 2011, constituent conferences of the Moscow city and Voronezh regional branches of the Movement were held. On August 7, Rally recorded the creation of an interregional public organization, the Movement of Communards. The charter of the organization was adopted. On August 23, 2011, the second general meeting of the Moscow branch of the Movement was held, at which there was a serious replenishment of its strength. In the summer of 2012, a local branch of the Movement was established in Ulyanovsk ^{[4] [5]} . In August 2013, at the initiative of the Movement, the next third inter-regional Rally is held, which expands the format of participating organizations and, by decision of the Organizing Committee, changes its name to “SPM-III” (Rally of Progressive Youth) ^{[6] [7]} . As part of the SPM - III, the third Meeting of the Kommunarov Movement was held, which discussed the prospects of associative membership in the All- Russian Union of Volunteers of Russia . The decision to join the organization in the SDR was made on August 4, 2013. ^[8] At the same time, all structures of the DC, its Charter and the operation of the Declaration are preserved. On June 14, 2014, individual activists of the Movement, in particular Yegor Reshchikov and Vadim Kasimov, spoke at a rally in support of Donbass on Triumfalnaya Square in Moscow ^[9] . However, there is no single position regarding events in Ukraine in the ranks of the Movement.

At the initiative of the Communist Movement IV, a meeting of progressive youth was held from August 22 to 24, 2014 on Lake Senezh. ^[10] . As a result of its work, resolution ^{[11] was} adopted.

The goals of the recreation center are:

• The unification of a fragmented youth movement in Russia around common ideas about partnership, social justice and communism;
• preservation and development of the ideas of communism, collectivism and camaraderie.

The objectives of the recreation center are:

• propaganda of the ideas of the communard way of life and worldview
• the organization of events of various forms that contribute to the promotion of communism;
• cooperation with various youth organizations, the activities of which do not contradict the communal principles on the basis of common collective, creative work
• theoretical training of communards, studying the experience of predecessors in the communard movement
• comprehensive development of the personality of the communard, propaganda of self-education
• implementation of youth programs in the field of culture and sports.

The inter-regional public organization "Movement of the Communards" includes three regional branches:

• Moscow City Branch MOO DK
• Voronezh Regional Branch of MOO DK
• Ulyanovsk Regional Branch of MOO DK

The supreme governing body of the organization is the Meeting of MOO DK, and for regional branches - the General Meeting.

For the operational management of the organization’s activities, the Meeting elects the Central Council ^[12] .

Clean Beach

The operation of the recreation center “Clean Beach” is aimed at improving the environmental situation in the floodplains of small rivers and other water bodies. Representatives of the Movement and non-governmental organizations that have joined them carry out labor landings, during which they clear debris from water bodies and the adjacent territories, set up campaign signs, and initiate preventive conversations with vacationing citizens. Measures are being taken to inform the population about the environmental situation in the floodplains of rivers flowing within the city. There is an interaction with local governments and executive authorities to solve environmental and sanitary problems with the involvement of volunteers.

• On September 24, 2011, the Kommunarov Movement picks up Operation "Clean Coast" from the Council of Public Organizations of the Otradnoye district of Moscow ^[13] .
• On May 12, 2012, representatives of the Kommunarov Movement carried out a labor assault on the banks of the Chermyanka River . During the operation, the territory was cleaned of debris. ^[14] .
• May 26, 2012 human rights activist Babushkin Andrei Vladimirovich and his assistant ecologist Churikova Lyudmila Nikolaevna conduct an educational tour in Otradnoye ^[15] .
• On June 19, 2014, another case was held within the framework of the determination of the Clean Beach recreation center. The action was announced by the regional media. ^[16] . ^[17]

Frontier of Glory

The military-patriotic direction of work in the Movement of Communards is represented by the operation “Frontier of Glory”. Every year, in the summer and on the eve of the anniversary of the Soviet counter-offensive near Moscow , trips to places of military glory are held. Since the beginning of the operation, the Movement has conducted several campaigns, during which various monuments of the Great Patriotic War were visited, a number of subbotniks were held at the burial places of soldiers of the Red Army .

Memory

The operation is aimed at preserving historical justice, objective coverage of Soviet history and preserving the cultural heritage of Russia. As part of the operation, rallies and pickets in defense of historical memory are held, appeals are submitted to the executive and legislative branches of the Russian Federation . Members of the Movement conduct labor landings to preserve historical monuments and organize patronage on them. At the moment, patronage is carried out on two monuments: V.I. Lenin at the Losinoostrovskaya platform and S.M. Kirov on Dobrolyubova street . As well as over the burial of the commander of the Krasnaya Polyana partisan detachment, Commissioner Timofei Ivanovich Gavrilov in the village of Severny ^[20] .

• October 23, 2011 members of the Movement of Communards, Youth Public Chamber Otradnoye, IEFP students and pupils of the SEC Otradnoye visited the museum and exhibition complex “Worker and Collective Farm Girl” ^[21] .
• On November 27, 2011, the Kommunarov Movement on the alley of Dobrolyubov Street held a rally in memory of Sergei Mironovich Kirov, dedicated to the 77th anniversary of his death ^[22] .
• On March 27, 2012, a rally was held at the monument to S. M. Kirov , which a year earlier, thanks to the actions of the Movement, had been protected from destruction ^[23] .
• On May 6, 2012, activists of the MGO DC during the operation “Memory” visited the tomb of the commissar of the Krasnaya Polyana partisan detachment Timofei Ivanovich Gavrilov ^[24]
• On April 20, 2013, activists of the Kommunarov Movement carried out a labor landing dedicated to the 143th anniversary of the birth of V. I. Lenin as part of the operation of the DK Pamyat ^{[25] [26]} ..
• August 27, 2013 An operational labor landing to counter vandals at the monument to V. I. Lenin at the Losinoostrovskaya platform ^{[27] [28]} .
• December 1, 2013 - a street presentation "Name of Kirov!", Dedicated to the 79th anniversary of his death ^{[29] [30]}
• December 6, 2014 at the bust of S. M. Kirov at ul. Dobrolyubova, house 19, a street presentation "The Name of Kirov!", Dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the murder, took place ^[31]

Zone of Mercy

A set of measures aimed at helping people in difficult life situations. Collecting items for social assistance points. Propaganda of mercy, compassion and humanity.

Within the framework of the operation “Zone of Mercy”, an action “Give New Year to Children” is held ^[32] during which the communards visit low-income families, in the costume of Santa Claus congratulate the kids and give them gifts purchased for self-collected donations

This area is especially actively developing in the Ulyanovsk branch of a recreation center, which has established constant interaction with a shelter for homeless animals and provides him with free material and technical assistance.

Spartakiad DK

In order to improve health, hardening and maintaining shape, various sports events are held. Work is underway to promote a healthy lifestyle and attract local residents to sports. Indoor indoor football and volleyball games are held. In May, the annual DC mini-football Cup , dedicated to Victory Day, is held

• February 18, 2012 - Chess tournament dedicated to the Day of the Soviet Army and Navy. ^[35] .
• March 18, 2012 - a friendly match in futsal between the teams of the MOP Otradnoe Movement of the Communards and the Liberal Democratic Party ^[36] .
• On May 13, 2012, the DC Cup was held, which was attended by representatives of youth organizations of various parties. The Communards movement took second place in this competition ^[37] .
• On May 12, 2013, collectives of various public organizations and courtyard teams also participated in the draw of the cup ^{[38] [39]} .
• December 7, 2013 participation in the Battle of Moscow sports festival organized by the Center for Youth Parliamentarism GBUK

People's control

The operation to attract the attention of residents and the media to various acute social problems, housing and communal services, landscaping, education and health.

As part of the operation, the construction of the “People's Garage” was monitored at 6. Pestel Street , 6. The results of the opinion poll and video materials were transmitted to local deputies ^[40]

The communards are taking part in actions in support of residents' demands for improving urban planning policies, the ecology of the city, organized by our comrades, organizations participating in the JMP.
